I guess this used to be a good course. I didn't see it. They have let the conditions go. It is the worst course conditions I have ever played on. No real grass in the fairways. The greens are very beat up and not maintained. The bunkers are solid packed clay with no sand in them. not recommeded at all for the price. If they stuck some money into the course it could be great as the holes and layout are in good positions. However, they need better directions on the course as you don't know where the next tee box is. this course needs help.
