He's been really gearing up for it this year, so I think Tiger's the best bet to win. When he's this focused, I think the rest of the tour gets nervous, and the rest of the fields' nerves will start getting worse if he really starts firing on all cylinders from the beginning.

As far as people who are a threat, I think Geoff Ogilvie is playing some really good golf right now…

I agree with Geoff, but also I think Sergio might have a chance also. If he can get to put like he did several years ago, when Phil won his first green jacket, he might have a outside chance. Has anyone heard if Phil has two drivers in the bag this year?

I think Phil was carrying two drivers this past weekend in Houston. Couples played some good golf, so he might have an outside chance. I also think Ogilvie is playing well, but let's face it if Tiger is on then it's pretty much decided.

I think Tiger is more focused on what is before him than he has ever been before

I read an article that said that the Vegas oddsmakers are giving him even odds to win the Masters. In GOLF… even odds?! I guess that says something.

The interesting odds were based on his Grand Slam chances, with winning zero having the lowest payoff. Winning 2 events was closest to even, but his odds were still pretty good at Slam, something like 17/5.

Sounds interesting. I think his chances are better than what the Vegas oddsmakers are giving him

It's gonna be fun to watch no matter what happens. Well…unless Tiger just blows it out anyway.

You can watch in on the web here…

I think that Tiger will win as well. Geoff is my backup on the Yahoo bench. Phil was saying that it will be day-to-day as to whether he will carry two drivers or not this week.

My darkhorse to watch for this week will be the stable-mate Fred Couples.

Watching the Masters now, and someone new in the field moving up is Brandt Snedeker. He is very talented, saw him win the Wyndham Championship in Greensboro.

Yeah im pulling for Brandt.

This kid has got game. I seen him go real low a couple rounds last year. He seems like he has the mental game as well.

Zachs Johnson is looking pretty good again this year.

Phil played good today but got some good breaks yesterday. That putt from off the green yesterday was crazy.

I dont think Trevor will hold up the next two days.

I think Tiger needs to get within at least four to have a shot on Sunday. He better go low on Sat.

If Snedeker gets through tomorrows round and is in position, he has a great chance. Tiger on the other hand really blew my mind the first two days. Unless he turns it around and goes really low tomorrow, you can count him out.

Tiger is not making the putts he usually does. His reads are way off. He missread a putt by 6 feet yesterday. If he starts getting his putts to fall ….look out. He keeps saying you have to be patient. I look for him to be patient today until the back nine. If he dont have anything going or no one is slipping he will go all or nothing. He will either make a big charge or fall way out of contention.

It will be interesting to see if Trevor Immelman can keep hitting the fairways like he has been. And what will happen if he dont hit them. If he wins it will be a great story since he just had a tumor removed from his throat last Dec.

Phil is in the drivers seat though. His wedge shots are spectacular.

I love watching him around the greens.

I will still be pulling for Brandt today. He isnt doing any one thing great. He is just playing solid golf.

This sounds crazy but I look for him to be one of the next “Greatest Golfers”.

I think your right about Snedeker, I really like him as well. If he plays solid for the next two days, he will be running for the green jacket.

Can you belive how many fairways Trevor Immelman is hitting?

He has hit like 36 out of 38. This is unreal.

I was watching Amen corner at work yesterday and was pumped up when Brandt was coming around since he was leading and what do you know he starts a bogey run.Yell

So he leaves Amen corner and I cant watch him and he starts playing good again.

He could have threw in the towel and blew up yesterday but he managed to claw his way back.Cool

Im not going to watch him today on Amen corner since I jinxed him yesterday.

This is going to be an awesome day of golf! The leaderboard is not spread out very much and the bad weather could cause some big swings in the scores.

This could be the perfect chance for Tiger to come in and steal this thing.

well we have a new Masters Champ. Mr trevor. Good for him, he really was on line all weekend. Tiger did make a little bit of a run, but fell short, his putting let him down all week

Yeah….Congrats to Trever.

He played great all week. He did not miss many fairways and was still 4th in driving distance.

Brandt choked trying to make something happen.

All these pros amaze me. I was tense just watching some of those shots. I cant imagine the pressure these guys were feeling.

Tigers putting did get him in the end. I believe he had 9 more putts then Trevor did.

I really expected him to have it figured out by Sunday.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Sort of like how Rich Beem won the PGA Championship back in 02 I think. He really hasn't done much since.
